You can use our Royal Mail Returns Service (tracked delivery) to ship your order to us at our expense.
Click here to visit Royal Mails website.Complete the simple process to generate a label and then attach it to your parcel.
Initially you will need to fill in your order number and password.
Your order has been provided on screen and in an email. Your password is MEMORIES
Then move on to enter your name and address.
Note that although the service is called Tracked Returns the label will enable you to send your parcel to us!!!
There are several ways to produce the label and you can even arrange for Royal Mail to collect the parcel from you, in which case a printer is not needed.
If you do not have access to a Printer or are having problems producing the label please phone or email us with your order number so we can post you your label.
You will be taken to Step Two of the process. Royal Mail know you are sending your order to us, Video2DVDtransfsrs here at our Aylesbury studio. Simply fill in your order number, Your name and your contact details.
Please only use one label per order. Splitting your order and using multiple labels will incur a surcharge payable prior to shipping of your finished order.
